A marked-up map of the venue and nearby is available at https://map.fscaconference .org.

What are my parking options at the event?

Lots (literally and figuratively)! In addition to parking at the Emerson Center, there are churches within a two-block radius of the Emerson that are offering free parking. Click and review the map at https://map.fscaconference.org and look for the pictured sign at the appropriate entrances.

Who do I contact with any questions?

The best way is to email The Rev. Connie with questions at info@fscaconference.org, but if you need a personal conversation, please call 406.333.1851.

What’s the refund policy?

You can receive 80% of your registration back up to 30 days before the event. After that date, refunds cannot be provided.

Are there options for lodging?

Yes, but limited. It’s Montana State University’s Homecoming Weekend, so demands on lodging will be high. Register at a hotel and for the conference as soon as possible to have your best chance to get lodging. We have made limited arrangements for home stays, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want lodging in a home, please call The Rev. Connie at 406.333.1851.

Is childcare available?

Free childcare will be offered Saturday, October 13, 8:30 AM — 4:30 PM to the first 16 children between 3 and 10 years of age whose parents have reserved a spot for them. Parents are asked to bring a lunch for their child; a morning and afternoon snack of carrots, apple, and banana slices, a gluten-free cracker, and water will be provided. Childcare will be located at the Roman Catholic Community Center at 210 South Grand Avenue, diagonally a block north of the Emerson Culture Center. Both caregivers have VIRTUSĀ® Training through the Roman Catholic Church, and the Rev. Valerie Webster also has been background checked and completed Safe Guarding God’s People training in The Episcopal Church. Monica is a twenty-something with childcare experience. Pastor Valerie, a mother of three and grandmother, has extensive experience facilitating church and camp programming for this age group. For more information and to make a reservation, call Valerie at 406.579.3980.

Are gluten-free and vegetarian options available?

Yes.
