Registration Info

If you’re eager to get things going, the key information is the cost:
  • Register through October 5 and the cost is $55 + $5.12 fee.
  • Starting October 6, the cost is $70 + $5.95 fee.
This includes all of the food and drink mentioned in the program: the banquet dinner Friday night, continental breakfast and lunch Saturday, and snacks.
Registration for the conference is handled by Eventbrite for reliability and for your security.

Useful FAQs

What are my parking options at the event?

Lots (literally and figuratively)! In addition to parking at the Emerson Center, there are six churches within a two-block radius of the Emerson that are offering free parking. The specific information will be here on our website nearer to the event, and the parking lot entrances will be marked with signage and the event logo the days of the conference.

What’s the refund policy?

You can receive 80% of your registration back up to 30 days before the event, if you need to cancel. After that point, refunds cannot be provided.


Are there options for lodging?

No. It’s Montana State University’s Homecoming Weekend. Register at a hotel and for the conference as soon as possible to have your best chance to get a hotel. We have made limited arrangements for home stays. If you want lodging in a home, please call The Rev. Connie at 406.333.1851. This option is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.


Are gluten-free and vegetarian options available?

Yes.
